City map: https://postimg.cc/XZX9L3Z8

  1. 8-hectare plot, 300×300 m, can be located anywhere, as it will be self-contained.
  2. 88 one-story round houses, 10 m in diameter, on 444 sq m plots.
  3. In the center is a donut-shaped building, 75 m in diameter, 10 m wide, and 6 m high. The courtyard has a lawn.
  4. Around the city are four moats, 5 m wide and 2 m deep. Swimming is permitted. The moat is lined with plastic. Sand is on the shore. A 1000-meter-long pedestrian path runs along the moat. 88 walnut trees are also planted. Lighting is provided on both sides of the moat, as well as a bottom, for swimming in the evening and at night.
  5. A spiral path from the moat to the central building is 1,500 meters long, 2 meters wide, so you can run and walk more.
  6. There’s also a walnut tree near each house (it grows quickly and is undemanding).
  7. No sewerage, no electrical wires on poles, no central water supply.
  8. LED strip lights along one side of the roads; they always work at night from evening until morning. The same strip lights on the houses along the edge of the roof and the central building.
  9. Heating in the houses is with an iron stove or fireplace.
  10. All houses and paths are painted white.
  11. Try to live without meat, eggs, and dairy products. Porridge, nuts, salads, seeds, bread, vegetables, and fruits are available. You can try growing some.
  12. One 50 kW generator for every 10 houses; charge the batteries once a day for 2 hours if there is no sun.
